//BREAKING THE CYCLE:
6 WEEK GROUP
How many times have you met someone you thought could be the one only to realize weeks, months or years into the relationship that he/she didn't want a serious commitment. Maybe he/she had a lot going on. Or just wanted to take it slow, to see where things go. After all, you already had a great relationship "why put a label on it"? And eventually, you realized exactly where the relationship was going – nowhere.
Maybe your relationship was going well but you just couldn't allow yourself to be happy. You constantly found yourself feeling insecure, acting clingy, or starting arguments. You may have even engaged in self-sabotage because on a deeper level you were terrified of getting too close. Or worst. Getting hurt. Again.
Maybe you just have a habit of jumping into relationships too soon. You get attached too easily and just don't know when to walk away.
Maybe despite appearing to have high self-esteem and appearing to have it together you always seem to attract the wrong men/women. Men/women who are emotionally unavailable, narcissistic or just clearly unable to give you what you want and need in a relationship.
Maybe your dating life is nonexistent. You can't even remember the last time you met someone you were potentially interested in dating. You want to be married with kids. But here you are – single. And your failed attempts with dating apps have caused you to further question if you'll ever find what you're looking for.
What if relationships didn't have to be so hard?
Many of us are programmed to think so because that has been our experience up until this point. Let's face it, your parents might not have been the best model growing up. You may even blame them for your abandonment issues, trust issues, feelings of depression, feelings of not being good enough, and your series of failed relationships.
Fortunately, you can heal your past and change your programming.
Breaking the Cycle is a 6-week group program for all women who want to improve their relationship with themselves and others. Each week you'll dive deep to explore how previous and current relationships have impacted your self-esteem, beliefs, and ability to trust, connect and communicate with those around you. You'll develop a better understanding of who you are and what has made it difficult for you to create and sustain the relationships you desire. Most importantly, you'll learn how to create healthier, longer-lasting relationships. If you've struggled in your friendships, parental relationships, or romantic relationships, this group will provide you with the tools and insight you need to break the cycle.
