//BREAKING THE CYCLE:
This 6-week group coaching program is for women who are currently in a relationship, transitioning from a relationship that ended, or wanting to create new relationships. Each week we'll dive deep to explore how your previous and current relationships have impacted your self-esteem and beliefs. You'll develop an understanding of what has made it difficult for you to create and sustain the relationships you desire, develop tools to improve your current relationships and learn how to create healthier, longer lasting relationships. If you feel like you've struggled in your friendships, parental relationships, or romantic relationships, this group will provide you with the tools and insight you need to break the cycle.
Week 1: Defining Your Goals
Our first session will set the foundation for the next few weeks. Through open discussion, you'll begin to develop a sense of clarity on what you would like to focus on and achieve by the end of the program, as well as what has prevented you from achieving those goals in the past.
Week 2: Exploring The Impact Of Childhood Relationships
Our belief systems are formed during childhood and are shaped by the experiences we've had growing up. While our parents and caregivers did the best they could with the awareness, tools, and resources they had, many of us feel like we did not receive the love, support, attention and/or validation we wanted and needed. In this session, we'll explore how your childhood relationships have impacted your sense of safety and security within yourself and the world around you.
Week 3: Taking A Closer Look At Your Romantic Relationships and Friendships
Despite making a conscious effort, we sometimes find ourselves repeating the same cycles and patterns in our friendships and relationships. Whether you feel like you have trouble meeting new people, have difficulty trusting and communicating, experience feelings of jealousy and insecurity, or just find yourself doing too much, you'll learn how to break the negative patterns and cut the cords of your previous relationships so you can create a new outcome.
Week 4: Improving Your Relationship With Yourself
In order to develop a healthy, fulfilling relationship with someone else you first have to develop that relationship with yourself. In this session, we'll take a closer look at our limiting beliefs about ourselves and learn how to heal ourselves, forgive ourselves and love ourselves.
Week 5: Creating A New Future
Every goal begins as a thought, idea or belief in our mind and then manifests in physical form. This session is all about tapping into your personal power and creating the life you envision. Through a guided meditation and/or hypnosis session, you'll learn how to change your past and reprogram yourself for increased success, confidence and love.
Week 6: Maintaining Lasting Change
In our final session, we'll discuss takeaways over the past 5 weeks and ways to hold ourselves accountable. Tools and recommendations for next steps will also be provided to help you maintain lasting change.

This is one of my favorite books of all time. It provides a great level of insight on relationship patterns and explores how we show up in our romantic relationships. I'll be using this book as a guide throughout sessions and highly recommend purchasing a copy.
